As I begin my senior year It doesn't seem so hard yet, the only class that actually seems difficult is AP spanish literature but I know if I do my work and turn it in on time I will be ok. So far I am on pace on all of my classes, as long as I don't procrastinate I will do just fine this year. Currently I am figuring out who I am going to job shadow so I can get it over with and don't have to worry about it later on in the year. This year I am looking forward to the activities I will be doing throughout the year like senior sunrise and going to grad night. I am going to try and enjoy and cherish this year because before I know it I am going to be graduating and leaving LHS. It is still hard to believe that I am a senior and that this is going to be my last year here at LHS.
2nd Journal
For my senior year so far it's been quiet calm, it's good to finally see friends i didn't have time to see over the summer. I like my classes, my classes are not stressful or they don't seem stressful at the moment. At the moment I am on pace to graduate and I tend to keep it this way throughout the whole year, I have managed to stay on pace by turning in my work on time. This year I will not procrastinate because i do not want to be stressing at the last minute to turn in my work i can not afford to fall behind since this is my last year and i want to improve my GPA as much as possible. I am currently trying to find someone to do my job shadow on but i will know who i will be doing it on by next week. In my opinion the most exciting part about my senior project will be my job shadow because i will get to experience something new and learn new things. My goals for this year are to not fall behind in any of my classes and strive to achieve level 4’s so my GPA can improve.

So far I am nearing the six week grading period of the second semester and graduation is right around the corner. Time has gone so fast it seems like just yesterday it was the first day of school. As graduation approaches I am not really that nervous only because it hasn't hit me yet that graduation is only four months away, the only major thing I'm nervous about is going out into the real world and having to start doing things on my own. So far my plans after high school is to join the Air Force, I have already begun my application and have been talking to a recruiter on what my best options will be. I am also planning to apply to College of the Sequoias as my second option if for some reason I can not join the Air Force. All I really need now is to finish my general classes which are English,Econ, and AP Spanish and I will be done with high school. As the school year comes to an end I am looking forward to leave high school with a different mindset and I am also looking forward to finally going out and seeing what the world is really like although I am quite nervous for that, but with time I know I will adjust to my new life and responsibilities as an adult and keep moving forward. High school has taught me so much and I am grateful for many things but I am most grateful for the friends and the memories I made in the past four years, looking back at my senior year I know I lived my last year at LHS to the fullest because of the friends that I have and the activities I was involved in.
